Wildfire Community Consultations – Fall 2017

While the initial series of community consultations are complete, the CRD has added four new meeting locations:

  • McLeese Lake - Nov. 21, 6:30pm @ the McLeese Lake Community Hall
  • Wells - Nov. 22, 6:30pm @ the Wells Community Hall (part of the Wells Town Hall event)
  • Kersley - Nov. 28, 6:30pm @ the Kersley Community Hall
  • Lac La Hache - Dec. 11, 6:30pm @ the Lac La Hache Community Hall

Further, a Facebook Live event has been planned for Nov. 27 and a survey will soon follow. Details will be posted on this page and at facebook.com/CRDEmergencyOperations as they become available.

2017 CRD Wildfires Overview

EOC Status

Our Emergency Operations Centre is currently inactive as there are currently no evacuation alerts or orders within the region.
